Teach

Teach where people actually finish

Skill.re runs every course as a live cohort with a squad around it. You are not shouting into an evergreen catalog — you are teaching a group that started this week.

Applying takes a few minutes and starts with a sign-in.

What the platform handles for you

  • Cohort scheduling, enrolment and roster
  • The lesson player, on web and mobile
  • Squad mechanics: presence, cheers, streaks
  • Proof submission and a review queue
  • Quizzes, exams and grading
  • Certificate issuing and verification
  • Progress reporting and CSV export
What teaching here involves

More than uploading videos, less than running a school

You bring the material and the judgement

Lessons, the applied work you want learners to attempt, and the standard you hold them to. The structure is the L1–L5 ladder — you decide which levels your program needs.

You run cohorts, not a catalog listing

A cohort opens, a group moves through together, and it closes. You can message the cohort, nudge the learners who have gone quiet, and run live sessions inside the platform.

You review the proof

This is the real commitment. Where your course asks for evidence, learners submit it and you read it. It is what makes the credential worth anything — and it is time you should plan for.

You get the data

Per-cohort and per-learner progress, where people stall, and what they completed — so the second cohort is better than the first.

Money, honestly

Nobody is earning yet — including us

Straight answer

Every course in the catalog is currently free, so no revenue is being shared with anyone. The platform supports per-course pricing and a provider revenue share, and both are implemented — but no course has a price on it today and no payment has been taken.

If you are deciding whether to invest weeks in building a program, talk to us about the economics before you start, not after. We would rather have that conversation than have you feel misled.

What exists today

  • Per-course pricing, set by the provider
  • A revenue split between provider and platform
  • Coupons and tier-based discounts
  • Per-course refund policy

What does not exist

  • Any priced course
  • Any completed order
  • A published rate card
  • A payout schedule

Who this suits

A good fit

  • You teach something with applied work, not just theory
  • You want to grade real evidence, and have the time to
  • Your field has a progression worth splitting into levels
  • You care more about completion than enrolment volume

Probably not a fit

  • You want a passive, evergreen listing you never touch
  • You are looking for immediate revenue — there is none yet
  • Your course is a one-hour recording with no assessment
  • You cannot commit to reviewing learner submissions

Before you apply

Do I need a finished course to apply?

No. An outline and a clear idea of the applied work is enough to start a conversation. The course builder is there once you are approved.

Who owns the material?

You do. Instructor and provider terms are being drafted — ask us directly in the meantime and we will put the answer in writing. Contact us →

How much time does a cohort take?

The lessons run themselves. Your real time goes into proof review and answering the cohort. That scales with cohort size and with how much applied work your course asks for — which is your design decision.

Can my organisation publish rather than me personally?

Yes. Courses belong to a provider organisation, and several people can teach under it. Say so in your application.

What if I want to run private cohorts for my own clients?

That is supported — an org can run private cohorts for its own people. See the org side →
